We are so happy you’ve decided to join us at the 40th Annual Alabama Clay Conference as a vendor. We are looking forward to a fantastic conference in Tuscaloosa this year and expect a full house of 400 attendees.

Vendor Policies

We ask that vendors register as quickly as possible in order to expedite getting your information on all of our conference materials and media accurately and quickly, maximizing your exposure to our attendees. The deadline for registration is November 15th, 2024.

Cancellation policy: Please note that registration is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Please send your most recent logo in a vector file to alcchost@alvisarts.org upon registering in order to be included on the bags and website.

By registering, you agree to abide by ALVAN’s policies and guidelines. These policies are in place to ensure the conference runs smoothly and to protect our vendors, staff, volunteers and attendees. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in an invitation no longer being extended for future conferences and immediate removal from the conference, if necessary. Vendors agree to treat all attendees, fellow vendors, ALCC volunteers and ALVAN staff members with respect, and to maintain professional behavior throughout the conference. Vendors are expected to follow our values and policies while participating in the conference.


Vendors will arrive and break down at the designated times, agree to obtain all licenses as required by the city and state, and to submit the tax forms in a timely fashion, all as directed in your invitation letter by the vendor coordinator.

 

Booth Selection

Vendor Booth 10'x 10'
from $225.00

Your registration includes your 10’ x 10 ‘ space and 2 6' tables. Lunch each day for each registered person is also included, and you are invited to join us for the opening and closing receptions. Registration is for one person. You may also opt to add a placement sponsorship fee of $100, which will give you logo placement on our attendee swag bag, the option to include items in the bags and a listing on our website.

Add a Booth Assistant
$150.00

Each vendor may bring one assistant for a fee of $150. This fee includes their lunch for two days, plus invitation to the closing and opening receptions.

ALCC T-shirt
$25.00

Our host is designing a special commemorative t-shirt for the conference, available by pre-order only. Reserve yours now to pick up at the registration table with your name tag. BE SURE TO SELECT YOUR PROPER SIZE, AS IT WILL DEFAULT TO SMALL.


If you’d like to sponsor the conference, but don’t need a booth, we offer several options of support:

Placement Sponsor Only
$200.00

If you won't be a vendor but would like to be a sponsor, this sponsorship level includes placement of your logo on our website and attendee swag bag, and ability to place a small item or brochure in each swag bag.

Presenter Sponsor
$500.00

As a presenter sponsor, you will receive all the benefits of a placement sponsor, plus we will put your name or company name and information on a banner on one of our four presenter tables on the main stage, and announce you at the conference each time the presenter is on stage. (Presenter assigned at random by ALVAN).

Conference Sponsor
$1,000.00

As a conference sponsor, you will receive all benefits of a placement sponsor, plus your name or company name will be on ALL conference material and media, you’ll be announced several times throughout the conference as our conference sponsor along with the Alabama State Council on the Arts. We will also heavily promote you as our sponsor on social media and our website.
