In this workshop, students will learn the art of creating custom templates to transfer designs onto ceramic vessels of any shape or size. We'll begin by planning and designing the templates, and then move on to creating them. Next, I'll demonstrate how to successfully transfer the designs onto a ceramic vessel. Once the design is in place, I'll show you two techniques for bringing it to life: using underglaze to paint it on or employing the sgraffito method. By the end of the workshop, you'll have the skills and confidence to create your own unique ceramic pieces with intricate designs.
