To Register for the Conference:
1. Select the appropriate registration below and add to cart. Please note that registration is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2. For those coming in early or staying a day late, we are offering some exciting workshops on Thursday before the conference and Sunday, after the conference. These are separate from the main conference, but are free to registered conference attendees. They are a supplementary experience to the conference. They are not open to the public and, space is limited. Each registrant may register for up a total of TWO workshops.
3. If you would like to purchase a t-shirt, select your size in the tshirt block and be sure to add to cart!

6. The 2026 schedule will be available for download and a printed copy will be available at the conference. Schedule subject to changes.
Student attendees will have the chance to participate in 1:1 portfolio and work review sessions with visiting artists Vincent Frimpong and Allen Chen. Registration for these sessions will open closer to the conference, with full details shared in advance. (Included in registration fees.)

Must present a current College or University Student ID by email and at the registration desk and complete 6 hours of volunteer work to qualify for the student discount. Our volunteer coordinator will reach out to you to assist in selecting your volunteer role. Pre and Post Conference Workshops - As soon as you register for the conference, you can sign up for 2 workshops. Please do not sign up for more than two, and note that four hour workshops count as two.
For registrants coming to Huntsville early and staying late, we offer these exciting free supplementary workshops! They are a separate event from the main conference. Space is limited, so they are not open to the public. You must be registered for the main conference in order to participate. If all workshops are full, email alcchost@alvisarts.org to be placed on a waitlist.
THURSDAY WORKSHOPS
This Collaborative Vessels Demonstration with Steve Loucks & Mark Rigsby requires no registration, and is open to everyone! You can come and go as you wish.
